How do you get the text to roll across the screen?

B/c I believe when you first get on the boards it says something in smalllllllllll writing "Most users ever on was blah blah blah at blah blah blah"

yup, small, at the top. Actually the record was 92, set just last night.

Most users ever online was 92 on 03-11-2002 at 09:40 PM.
