Plus, Michael and Cindy were all ALONE in that apartment. It's not like how it was with Jack Tripper. He always had one or the other room mate to keep him in check. But as for Michael and Cindy, there was nobody to stop them. Of course they would both hook up... two attractive, young people with similar interests.
