I say (A) Eskimo sweater because of that list of items reported missing, it is the only one that was "ditched," or deliberately discarded.

Beaver did not lose his bike, it was stolen by a boy when Beaver was with Larry. Beaver allowed the stranger to ride it. Beaver also won a bike having the winning ticket at the movies. However, he went when he was grounded for spilling ink in Ward's Den. (i.e "Beaver's Prize." episode) This episode is I think the ONLY time that Ward refers to his Den as a "study." Jack |

I was thinking about your answers and I have to say that as far as June and Ward are concerned...Beaver did "lose" his sweater even though he ditched it behind a candy machine....Beaver did "lose" his bike when a kid never returned with it...so my answer was C. Watch (things that Beaver lost except a watch) ...there was never a lost watch to begin with Lumpy made it up to blackmail Beaver to get $15. Beaver never lost a watch. So are we happy with my answer....???

"Never a lost watch?" Remember, it was lost to Lumpy; Fred found it and was holding it to see how long it would take before Clarence admitted he didn't have it.
Here's another "Which one does not belong:" A. Mary Ellen Rogers B. Benjie Bellamy C. Mr. Willet D. Penny Woods E. Uncle Billy |

Okay..one more point...Let's put it this way...all the items were things that Beaver had at one time...but did not have in his possession when he returned home regardless of how he "lost" them. In the case of Lumpy's watch...Lumpy might have lost it but Beaver never did lose something Lumpy never gave him...and Lumpy knew that.
Now onto your question which will take some doing. |

Wow I've been racking my brain and never thought of that. Is it that easy?

That's not the answer I had in mind, but it's not a bad one, although I don't think it's ever established that Mr. Willet lived in Mayfield (and many people commute, of course).

That's right Mr. Willet could have lived in Madison, Bellport or Riverside. Even Lynbrook where Eddie, Wally and Lumpy went for the track meet in Credit Card. Can I have a hint? I've been trying to think what Benji would have to do with Uncle Billy and Mr. Willet.

Alright; it has more to do with the actors who played those roles than the roles themselves.

I'm taking a guess...D. Penny Woods a.k.a Karen Sue Trent.
They all appeared in the show Dr. Kildare except Karen. If not then they all had a TV series after LITB except Karen (Penny Woods) |

No; and I also don't see that Pamela Beaird (or Baird) [Mary Ellen Rogers] appeared in Dr. Kildare.
I will add to the hint that the answer has nothing to do with other roles outside LITB. |

I knew that about Pamela and was grasping at straws. LOL more to do with the actors than characters and nothing to do with other roles. I'll choose E. Uncle Billy.
