"Chuckles Bites the Dust" gets a lot of the pub, but the episode was that brilliant, and Mary Tyler Moore's performance was outstanding. So, I'm totally on board with that as the choice for Season 6. But this season may have been my second-favorite of the whole series, which leaves some tough choices for second and third place.

I'll give "The Happy Homemaker Takes Lou Home" and "Once I Had a Secret Love" the silver and bronze. The Lou-Sue Ann dynamic is a laugh a minute.

I also thought "Ted's Wedding" and "Ted's Tax Refund", while indeed fairly predictable sitcom events, had a ton of clever lines and scenes.
