I've compiled a list of songs that were played in each episode. I'm pretty sure this is not complete, probably 20-30 songs are missing so feel free to add to the list. I used the WKRP page at tv.com and the Something Old, Nothing New blog as sources. I didn't include moments when someone sings a song without music playing or someone saying a line from a song. That's for another thread.
I counted all the songs that were played and there's at least 180 songs total. Season 1 has at least 53 songs. Season 2 has 48. Season 3 has 50 and Season 4 has 29. I know there has to be more songs from Season 4. Thanks for the list! This can be used to see which songs are edited/cut from the dvd set when it's released.
