Filming on season one’s 21 episodes was complete before the series even premiered in June. Production resumes for season two in Los Angeles this November.

I think I recall reading that one of the conditions that Ben Savage and Danielle Fishel! agreed to do the show was that it be AT LEAST for 2 seasons; regardless of the ratings. So no big surprise there.. .

Thanks for the great news! I can not wait to see my most favorite actor, Uriah Shelton, be the one who gets to portray Cory's younger brother.

God bless you and Uriah always!!!

"Girl Meets World" is by far the best show on TV right now as far as I'm concerned. I LOVE IT! It is SO good to see such a sweet, positive show that promotes good moral values and for me as a Christian, it's very nice to even see Biblical values present on the show in a generally non-preachy way. This is something "Boy Meets World" was always generally good at as well and it's certainly one reason I love both series.

I like the show - it is simple and good fun.

It seems like there are a lot of people that are bound and determined to NOT like the show just because it is not Boy Meets World.

well it's a kiddy version of the show for now - wait til Riley gets older. they'll have to add a REAL teacher eventually and make Corey a b plot character (or sometimes Cory the a plot and riley the b plot).

I'm hoping this will be the Disney Channel show that finally breaks the 4 season and done rule. BMW ran 7 seasons, there's no reason to cut this one short if it still has gas in the tank.

I hope the same, and it could, but if they only go 4 seasons, they could always move it to ABC Family and finish the series there

I don't remember Corey having a younger brother on BMW, I kind of missed the last seasons did his mom end up getting pregnant?

Well anyways so I finally had some free time and catch a few GMW episodes, its cute and harmless and safe by Disney standards which is sort of bad since I remember BMW getting edgy a couple times, both the two girls are cute now so I can't wait for them to grow out of their baby fat and look hot.

That Farkle kid is pretty funny and a much better actor than the girls IMO, one thing that irks me but is typical for sitcoms is the hiring of older kids to play 7th graders such as the case of that Lucas kid who I assume is being groomed as a future boyfriend to Riley or Maya.

I guess the producers were having a hard time in finding a 13 year boy who wasn't sounding like a chipmunk.
