Default When Lamount got his own place, why donna the landlord

Remember when Lamount moved out and got his own place and his landlord Donna, walked right in......why did she, the landlord forget to put locks on the door, there was no lock on the outside of the door and no lock on the inside on the door.....if the budget was that tight to pay for locks, they could have drawn a lock on that door

She would have been verbally and physically abused in that happened in real life LOL

I am trying to imagine being in my place with a woman and my landlord bursting in after I already paid the rent and telling me I can't have a visitor lol

My situation was different as a woman; however in the same category....when I got bored, I would text about 7 guys to go out and hang to laugh and talk and got no response, however it seems that men call all at the same dam time....a month later all the guys that did not respond to me, they all were calling about around the same time asking me to hang out...I thought that was funny..

Obviously this was right before the Donna character was created and they brought back Lynn Hamilton in a different role. But anyway, the landlord was snoopy, had no right to burst in someone else's apartment reguardless, of what the rules or lease states. It looked like Donna had no life of her own as she was in a robe and hair rollers. Man were they old fashion. I am just looking at it by today's standards.

Donna would have been assaulted in real life especially after the rent was paid

Good catch on the lock. Maybe there was one inside the doorknob and she had a key since she was the landlord.

THERE WAS NO LOCK ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE DOOR EITHER, MEANING NO LOCKS AT ALL, JUST A PLAIN DAM DOOR.....THEY SHOULD HAVE DRAWN A LOCK TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE A REAL LOCK
