Default Series Longevity

I figure they'll probably get two more seasons out of "Big Bang" for a total of nine. How much longer do YOU think this one will go on.I know it's been at an all time high ratings wise, but things are begining to get a bit stale............

look at Two and a Half Men - the network will milk it for all its worth and go 2 or 3 years past its prime, even if it loses several of its main cast.

I say another 5 years or whenever their NEXT contracts are up and due for another raise.

At least another 3 seasons. The show is a field of cash cows for CBS and Lorre is set to make something like $400,000,000 due to syndication just from Big Bang Theory.

It could go to ten seasons, but if they don't pay Simon and Kunal what they should deservedly get per episode, nine is the most you will see out of the series.

I think The Big Bang Theory needs to have a run length longer than Two and a Half Men (12 seasons). Ultimately, TBBT should become the longest-running live-action sitcom in American television, matching or even beating The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet (which ran for 14 seasons from 1952 until 1966). Its original run can be for a historic 16 seasons.

You may look at a series that runs this long as a total "Simpson" (referring to the animated series The Simpsons because of its original run length, which is now at 26 seasons, which would practically be unsurpassable).

"Stay Safe"? More like "Stay Sad".

The show will last 3 more season at least, more is depending on the cast, it's not like huge movie careers await Jim, Johnny, Kaley and rest of them.

One thing is puzzling to me, quality of the show has declined too much yet numbers are bigger than ever, and this comes from someone who used to be a fan.
