Default Adults? Love 'em or hate 'em? J/K

I was just wondering if there were any grown ups on this board....or if I stumbled into teenville somehow? I am glad to see that these kids have a friendly place to go, that's for sure!! I just don't think I want to go there with them.

Actually, I joined these boards a long time ago and just found my way back. But I don't want to 'be all up in their grill' (rotflmao!) and get in the way of their fun. I guess I'll check back soon and see who's old enough to remember the 80s and 90s!

Meanwhile, I hope all you kids have a great time!

Well I am 23. Adult enough for you? I assure you I remember the '80s and '90s.

There are a number of members here in their 20s. There are also some members here in their 30s and above.

Even though alot of the posters here are in their teens these board are not vapid and we do have adult discussions, along with just plain fun discussions.

So how old are you?

Welcome, BTW. Have fun, hope you like it here.

Don't worry, there are plenty of us adults around. I think we are outnumbered though. Hope you stick around.

I am legally an adult due to my age. I'm 18. I honestly don't think of myself as an adult. LOL, I like being in between of a child and an adult because it gives you both worlds! I consider myself an adolescense or a teen. Oh yeah, I don't want to get any older!
Being 18 is just fine for me!

In response to the question: yes, I do like adults. I find them to be very useful and a good influence in my life. Without Adults around our world would not last.

I don't hate adults because......well, I guess I am one now. And that kinda scares me because I do remember how much I used to hate them when I was younger.
Oh, where has the time gone!!!

I'm an adult and I know what you mean about being outnumbered but I' d recommend that you stay around long enough to see for yourself. There are a number of adults on the board but besides that, it's been a learning experience to communicate with the younger crowd. They're fun and they have plenty to say and they know how to listen as well as speak out.

Well said Kittflynn! I feel the same way! They are fun and most of them are very polite to us old folks! If you are looking for adults you have found one! I am 51 and I love coming to these boards! It's fun! But I am really a kid at heart!

I will be 30 in July. I don't feel it though. When I was 12, 13 I couldn't even imagine what it would be like to be in my 20s and 30s but here I am. The time goes by very fast. And yes, I do remember the 80s and 90s and the last half of the 70s.

C'mon, stick around!
I have only been on this board for a few months now and it has been a pleasure trading trivia, opinions and info with so many people regardless of age.

....As long as you agree with everything I say.

Oh, you're not alone. There seems to be a few of us here, though greatly outnumbered.

Me? I'm 47, and I grew up glued to the TV screen.

I don't really watch much of the new programs these days. Thank goodness for TVLand and N@N, and the local/cable stations!

I don't wanta grow up, cause baby if I did, I wouldn't be a Toys 'R' Us kid. -ahem- I'm not an adult, but will be soon-too soon.
I just want to welcome you to the boards and assure you that you'll have fun here whether carrying on adult conversations are just cutting up with the rest of us. Welcome and enjoy!
