Why would Bookman be there? He and James were not friends and at the time Bookman was not even well liked by the Evans so it was no reason for him to be there

IDK if I would go to a funeral of a person in a family that called me "Buffalo butt"! All kidding aside, Bookman was the maintenance man for the building, not a friend or family, so it was optional for him to go or not. And well, if it wasn't in his heart to go , why be fake? Or some people just don't like having to face death and go to funerals even if it is a loved one. So I'm with you on this one TV Fact fan, Bookman was in the right!
