Just did some random researching and realised that all the main cast have their birthdays either in April or May. Kinda weird!

Nancy McKeon 4 April
Charlotte Rae 22 April
Cloris Leachman 30 April
George Clooney 6 May
Kim Fields 12 May
Mackenzie Astin 12 May
Mindy Cohn 20 May
Lisa Whelchel 29 May

Wow, pretty cool...and how fitting Charlotte's birthday is also "Earth Day", being as she was the "Mother Earth" of aged wisdom for the girls.

And here's a look at season 1 birthdays:

Julie Anne Haddock - April 3
Molly Ringwald - February 18
Julie Piekarski - January 2
Felice Schachter - November 17

If you will notice, the season 1 cast was cut starting with the girl with the birthday farthest away from April/May, Felice, and cutting out the girl the next farthest away, Julie, and then the next farthest, Molly, ending with the last girl to be cut the one with an actual April/May birthday, Julie Anne.

Could the post-season 1 cast-cutting have actually been a "birthday conspiracy" all along? Hmmmmmmm?...
