Has anyone ever seen this strange ad with the Happy Days theme - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

I recently purchased a used copy of a Charlie Brown VHS that was done by Paramount in the 90s. When I watched it, it had this ad for lots of Paramount movies and it had a version of the Happy Days theme I had never heard before. The films previewed are totally unrelated to Happy Days and the theme is just the background music. After all, Paramount owns Happy Days, but it seems strange hearing the song on this ad. Does anyone know who is singing it and has anyone seen this ad before? I found it on YouTube:

By any chance was the tape you purchased It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown? I recently bought 15 sealed copies of that one for a quarter each.

That's the officially released single of the song by Pratt & McClain.
