I watch Chico and the Man daily and have a question.
In the scenes where Chico kisses his lady (Marilyn, Liz Garcia, etc) was there tongue involved? It could just be wishful thinking on my part.

bonniegirl62 thank you for responding to my question!!! i've even asked my hubby if it looked like tongue to him. you can imagine how awkward it was for me to ....go there. oh well, bonniegirl, i know you're right that it had to have been heavenly for the actresses on the receiving end of those kisses....tongue or not!!

Cheryl Harrell, I hope you don't mind me asking, but how do you know he was yummy? In my heart i am hoping that you were on the receiving end of one of those kisses because I'd like to know what cologne he wore....

I would like to think that Chico wasn't a cologne type of guy! Being a mechanic that he would have a natural , nice manly smell. Clean and showered after work of course, the scent of soap, a hint of his laundry detergent on his clothes, a clean natural yummy manly scent!!!

OMG!! The laundry detergent was in BIG ol' boxes. I t was before liquid detergent or condensed detergent. You had to use a lot more! My Mom taught me how to wash the clothes correctly so that the detergent didn't stick to the clothes, cause it really was thick and sticky! ! Tide was really popular back than, and it was so scented! Like over the top , perfumy smell, Bold, All and Gain were the other top brands if I remember correctly, and they were in big boxes! But back to Chico, I remember my boyfriends back than, I was a hanger on to the hippie days, didn't get into Disco much. My friends , my brother , his friends, we were all into rock, and the guys and girls too, we kept our hair long and we were more natural. Didn't get into the disco scene much, liked rock music more, we were still into 60's music along with cool new 70's rock. So my boyfriends were longhaired and showered cleaned, but not dolled up like the Disco guys were. I think Chico was like that too! OMG it is ridicules these days, the metro sexual thing. The guys getting waxed and their eyebrows done and all!!!!
