Default a small combo meal at Wendys is $7.55. that is more than

The minimum wage in PA which is $7.25.

So now you know why I would never be in favor of a increase in mimimum wage because that small combo meal will go from $7.55 to $11.15. Lol

I would have to be literally starving and on death's door to eat anything from Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc.
I have no idea what the average cost of a combo meal is supposed to be.

I remember when combo meals were half the price that they are now. I think it's crazy what they ask for now. A small combo shouldn't cost more than what the minimum wage is. I guess fast food places figure they can charge whatever they want.

I used to work with a guy who felt that way; he used to say how the workers would get all hot and sweaty and sweat would drip from their arms etc. into the food, they'd just wipe their hands on their shirt or pants then pick up the hamburgers etc., things like that

If you want a decent lunch for six dollars, you should try going to a Chinese take-out restaurant. I'd rather have Chinese take-out than disgusting fast food. You can get an entrée with some fried rice and an egg roll or soup for under six dollars. And this is coming from somebody in New York, so you know it's not going to be more expensive in Philadelphia.

I was summer shopping and the only places in the area were Wendy's, McDonald's, Burger King, and Chilli's. I didn't go to Chilli's because I am going out tomorrow to Joe's Crab shack so I figured I could go to Wendy's but I was wrong lol

I haven't been to Wendy's in about 20 years. LOL. Same with McDonalds, Burger King and the like.
I can get a cheap lunch at my local Chinese take-out joint. You can get Fried Chinese Chicken wings, rice and soup all for under $7.00 if you go at lunch time. I also like their spare ribs.

A small combo meal at Wendy's is only about $5.00 if you order off of their Value meal. . A Junior Deluxe Cheeseburger is $1.19, Value fries are also $1.19, the Value soda is 99 cents, and a Frosty is also 99 cents. Including tax, it is less than $5.00.

Oh No

I think a small combo is less than $7 where I live...but since I live near a Wendy's I order stuff from the value menu...but of all Burger joints, Wendy's is much better tha McDonald's and Burger King!

Dude, forget about stupid Wendy's. There's a Chinese place by me that also serves some American dishes. You can get Fried Chicken Wings and French Fries for only 5.25.
Have you considered the lunch specials from the Chinese joints?

Oh, okay, then you're talking about 8.00 per combo meal. I'd still rather have that than stupid Wendy's.
