How the hell was he going to share the expenses? he didn't have a job in season 6. Only in season 4 working with Carl

A lot of people thought Cindy and Michael were dating because he went from being all gung ho happy when planning to move in with Cindy, to having an "Uh oh" attitude when Cindy's parents announced they would be dropping in frequently, but a lot of people also say he went from happy to uh oh because her parents were overbearing and freaky....

I hate that the show made Cindy's parents out to be doofy, clueless, idiotic whites. Why couldn't they just be normal? And I hate how they said they actually wanted Michael to move in with Cindy so he could be her protection. What is Michael...a guard dog?

He worked at the grocery store as a box boy. His paycheck plus tips he made some money.
