MPI Honeymooners clipfests: - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

THe ones that I am talking about are Honeymooners Greatest Battles, My Man Norton, Honeybloopers Vol. 1 & 2, Wit & Wisdom of Ed Norton, The Honeymooners: First Season etc. They were included as bonus features on the original DVDs.

Does anyone have any thoughts as to why they weren't included in the Lost Episodes Boxset that was released in 2011? Sure, we got bonus features that most of us haven't seen before and some that are extremely hard to find but in cases such as these this makes the box set a little inferior to the original DVDs. Of course, as a whole, the 2011 box set I think is better than the original DVDs.

The only thing I can think of is that those specials would have meant 2 more discs in the box set & they wanted to keep costs down as much as possible. Would have been nice to include them. Maybe they will include them in a future box set after we find the remaining lost episodes

Yeah, that's probably the reason. I have all these clipfests so it's jot that big of a loss to me.
