Exactly what is CTS? Is it some kind of network only available in Canada? Can one get it on the West Coast on Cable? If not, why not?

It's a canadian family chanel kind of thing.

They show all kinds of stuff on there : Growing Pains, Mr. belvedere, the lucy show.

Them there canadians really seem to go to town with american shows, LOL!
