Default What cases are related to one another that are still unsolved?

For instance theories such as the zodiac/Unabomber, the octopus, levy/McLain that I believe was proven unrelated, and another case we aren't allowed to discuss lol. then there were the two Maryland murders that were linked by UM and the subject was apprehended by DNA. I think his name was prieto but can't remember.

But what other mysteries do you all think could be related to one another that no one else knows? There were so many unsolved murders with serial killers that make me wonder if there were two or more different segments that were unknowingly related. I apologize if there is another thread.

These two didn't deal with murder (as far as is known) per se, but I always thought the notion of a possible link between Steve Cox and Dennis Walker (who was eventually found dead under mysterious circumstances) extremely fascinating.

In recent years, Edward Harold Bell has confessed to being responsible for the murders of several young girls, including the victim that Michael Lloyd Self was believed to be wrongly convicted for:

Of course, Bell said he committed these murders because of a "brainwashing program", so he could be full of it. However, it would be an amazing coincidence if a murder from a Final Appeal case was actually committed by a criminal who was featured a completely unrelated UM segment.

To clear up some of the confusion, Veronica Jefferson, Rachel Raver and Warren Fulton were all actually from Virginia. The murderer was Alfredo Prieto. Michael Lloyd Self was suspected of killing two girls who were walking with each other when they disappeared.

Wow I did not know that. No telling what bell is now or was then capable of doing.

An ID special with Jane Boroski that aired a couple years ago mentioned the possibility of Molly Bish being killed by the Connecticut River Valley killer. Although I never believed it.

The known and suspected victims of the Valley killer were murdered (and in Jane's case attacked) between 1978 and 1988. Molly was abducted and killed in 2000. The Valley victims were attacked in remote areas off highways and rest stops for the most part, almost all of them very late at night. Molly was abducted at 10:00 in the morning off a beach that was just minutes away from opening to the town. It took planning and a ton of risk to abduct Molly while the Valley victims were more victims of opportunity with no chance of any eyewitnesses around. They just don't sound related at all.

Julianne Williams' and Laura Winans' murders are believe to be linked to Alicia Showalter Reynolds' death.

And apparently some people have proposed that Michael Nicholeau who is a suspect in the Connecticut River Valley killings may have also killed Julianne Williams. and Laura Winans. (I don't think Nicholeau was the CT River Valley killer, but he was a bad bad dude.)
