There were a quite few others, especially during the 1980's when the era of first-run syndicated comedies gave cancelled network shows a second lease on life. These included "Too Close for Comfort", "Mama's Family", "It's a Living" and "We've Got it Made", and of course years before "Hee-Haw" began a two decade run in syndication.

Don't forget "Lawrence Welk", which ran on ABC 1955-71 and until 1982 in syndication after cancelled for poor demographics. Or..
--"Father Knows Best", which got cancelled after one season on CBS. NBC picked it up, put it in a better time slot, and made it a huge hit.
--"Gunsmoke", which was going to be cancelled in 1967...until the wife of CBS' owner wanted to know why her favorite show was leaving. Also moved to a better time slot, which saw it soar back to the top of the ratings.

no, GUNSMOKE was "uncanceled" because Bill Paley (and not his wife) had CBS renew it because it was his favorite show.
You're probably thinking of MASH; that was renewed for a 2nd season because his wife liked it.

(also, when CBS renewed GUNSMOKE they also started filming it in color)

FAMILY GUY-Fox canceled it after it's first season, but then brought it back 2 seasons later. I forget why.

GET SMART-NBC cancelled it after; I think; 4 seasons?
Then CBS renewed it for a final season.

THE DICK VAN DYKE SHOW-the shows sponsor, Procter & Gamble cancelled it after the first season (back then sponsors could do that) but Sheldon Leonard talked them into changing their mind.

I forgot about those, should've remembered Medium was my favorite show. Futurama was also brought back.

Family Guy was cancelled and revived twice. It was cancelled after its second season, but FOX backed out on that decision and ordered another season last minute. Then it was cancelled again after Season 3 and brought back three years later because of high DVD sales and syndication ratings.

Lots of shows have been uncanceled but Family Guy might be the only one that was brought back and became a huge hit for the same network.

Buffy the Vampire Slayer was uncanceled TWICE. First, it ran for 5 seasons on WB, then canceled. It was then picked up by UPN for seasons 6 and 7. Then, it was picked up by Dark Horse comics and is currently in season 10.

Some more recent ones:

- "The Game" originally aired on The CW from 2006-2009 for 3 seasons.

BET revived it in 2011 and it recently got renewed for an 8th season.

- Lifetime canceled "Drop Dead Diva" after its 4th season and then brought it back for its 5th and final season.

- AMC canceled "The Killing" after its 2nd season. They then decided to bring it back for a 3rd season.

Now Netflix will air the 4th and final season this summer.

- VH1 canceled "Single Ladies" after 3 seasons in Feb. 2014.

Centric then picked up its 4th season in April.

- There's also the canceled ABC daytime soaps "All My Children" and "One Life to Live" that had a brief online run a couple of years after being canceled by the network.

Breaking In, which aired on FOX, was cancelled after its first season. The decision was reversed, and the show was renewed for a second season. FOX only aired 5 of the 13 episodes in the second season order though, and it was officially cancelled.

I think we've had this conversation before, please take note:

Gunsmoke was in color in 1966-67, not black & white. There were no prime-time shows still being produced in black & white on any network effective fall, 1966.

So yes, the last year that Gunsmoke was still seen on Saturday nights it was in color.

ETA on topic: Simon & Simon was un-cancelled twice: In the spring of 1982 just in time for inclusion in the fall lineup (axing announced February, was gone in March, then back in April) and again in late 1987 when it was brought back midseason.

"Buffy" wasn't cancelled by the WB. UPN offered Joss Whedon a two year renewal and a bigger budget that WB wasn't willing to match so he moved the show to UPN.

ENTERPRISE was canceled by UPN after it's first season, then they reversed the decision at the last minute and decided to renew it. And it was either when they renewed it or the next season, that they changed the name to STAR TREK: ENTERPRISE.
And I think it was also cancelled after the 2nd season but again UPN reversed their decision at the last minute.

Sister, Sister aired for a few seasons on ABC and then was cancelled; but The WB Network revived it and it lasted three more seasons.

Similarly, ABC cancelled Sabrina, The Teenage Witch after it's third season and it was picked up by The WB Network where it lasted three additional seasons.

short-lived sitcom For Your Love was dropped by NBC after a short first season (6 episodes) but the WB network also saved this one and it ended up airing a total of four seasons.
