This will be my last decade list since I stopped watching much live broadcast TV by 2001, but what are your 16 favorite TV Sitcoms of the 90's?

A hit and miss decade for sitcoms but I am surprised I liked a lot of them.

The sitcoms from this decade (outside my Top Five) represented to me a real dip in quality from previous decades. It was hard to come up with 16 shows.
