Default GREEN ACRES / PETTICOAT JUNCTION crossovers

I know that Sam Drucker appeared on this show, also the Bradley girls. But did the Douglase, Eb, Mr. Haney, the Ziffles, Mr. Kimble or Arnold?
What about Uncle Joe, Kate Bradley, or that doctor that June Lockhart played? (I forget her name)

I'm only aware of one episode featuring any of the Green Acres cast, the Thanksgiving 1968 episode. Eb was fairly prominent in that one, but the Douglases barely even count as cameo when they are only shown seated at the table near the end.

Bea Benaderet only ever appeared on BH as Cousin Pearl, never as Kate Bradley. In fact, the crossovers began in the wake of her final illness and absence from Petticoat Junction. But June Lockhart had already been added to the PJ cast by this time, so she is seen on BH.

ETA: Her name was Dr. Janet Craig.

No. They did not appear. Only Eb and the Douglasses. Eb and Elly Mae were falling for each other while Jethro had a thing for the two older Bradley Sisters. The Douglasses do count as their presence was there. Be it towards the end of the episode but they were there. Dr. Craig also appeared towards the end of the episode as well.

It's also worth mentioning that the following 2 characters from
Petticoat Junction did appear on The Beverly Hillbillies, in addition to Sam Drucker, Janet Craig, and "the two older Bradley Sisters" mentioned earlier in this thread:

Betty Jo Bradley (youngest Bradley sister, played by Linda Kaye Henning)
Steve Elliot (played by Mike Minor)

They were featured in the "Buzz Bodine" episode of BH.

Also, I believe the youngest Bradley of all, baby Kathy Jo, appeared on BH when Granny came to visit Hooterville.

Later on, when Mike Minor, Lori Saunders, and Charles Lane came over to BH following the 1970 cancellation of PJ, all three played new characters.

The characters from the two series just happened to meet, not because the Clampetts were from the same area of Hooterville, right?

Understandable that the Clampetts would enjoy the Hooterville area... and where in the United States /was/ Hooterville?
