Where the exterior shots for the third season were filmed? The house they used for the exterior facade and outdoor shots was nice and I've always been curious. I believe the house number is 450 and it's obviously in Los Angeles but I can't figure out much more.

The exteriors for the first season were great too. I think the outside was only shown in the first season (Martin driving up in at least two episodes and Cathy going outside to walk with a boy in "How to Be Popular") and it the home (brownstone?) was situated in front of water and the New York City skyline was clearly seen in the background.

If anyone knows where any exterior shots were done, please post here! Thanks!

I don't know the street address of the house, but yes, it's in one of the upscale Los Angeles neighborhoods either in Holmby Hills, Beverly Hills, Trousdale Estates, Hancock Park or Brentwood.
