Maybe someone can help me find out when Lifetime will repeat the segment about murderer "William Bradford Bishop Jr." that originally aired on NBC on January 9, 1991. I have not seen it in many years.
Most bloggers and journalists refer to him as "Brad Bishop." The name I used in the last paragraph is the way he is listed in the Wikipedia article for UM, and you also find it on the "Wikia" page for the segment. I know that "Wikia" page has video of the Bishop segment that it got from an old broadcast that was narrated by Robert Stack. But I am hoping to capture it with Dennis Farina. Can someone please help me understand the Lifetime schedule? I can explain why this is difficult for me. Where I live in California, Time Warner Cable gives me the daily UM rerun at 8:00 in the morning my time. The rerun they had this morning -- Tuesday, May 20, 2014 -- had the Justin Burgwinkel segment from the episode that is listed as part of Season 7 Episode 25 that originally aired on NBC on May 12, 1995. When I look at the other segments listed for that episode, I notice they were not at all the same segments that constituted this morning's rerun. So these days, the Lifetime network seems to be pulling out individual segments from long ago and rearranging them for new episodes. I may be wrong. I very much want to do an air check of the Brad Bishop segment, but the Lifetime network web site does not give you advance notice of which segments will get repeated when, and I don't know what else to do. If I am watching and ... voila ... there is Brad Bishop on my flat screen, then it is too late to capture it. My device that does an air check on DVD requires several minutes of set up. I am not interested in YouTube or Vimeo. I do not plan to do anything illegal. I do not want to violate SAG rules for residuals. All I want to do is get advance notice of the next rerun of the Brad Bishop segment. Please help! Thanking you all in advance. |

I don't know which web site can help me determine that. Bishop murdered his wife, three sons and his mother who lived with them in Bethesda, Maryland. There is no doubt that he is guilty. The mystery is, "Where is he?" Recently, the FBI put him on the most wanted list. The UM episode list on Wikipedia and elsewhere says the Bishop segment was part of the episode that originally aired on NBC on January 9, 1991. Is Lifetime pulling out segments from various episodes then rearranging them? If so, that makes it impossible to know in advance when Bishop gets repeated. Please help, someone.

Lifetime did that fairly regularly with the Stack version: pulling various segments from assorted episodes for one episode, so I wouldn't be surprised if they were doing that with the Farina version as well.
