Was FKB ever known as the Robert Young Show in sydication?

I've never seen or heard it called that. All of the shows that I have seen over the years (both on the network and in syndication) have referred to it as "Father Knows Best".

According to The Complete Directory to Prime Time Network and Cable TV Shows 1946-present by Tim Brooks and Earle Marsh, "Father Knows Best" was the title used during the show's original run and syndication. However, "Robert Young, Family Doctor" is listed as the syndicated title for Marcus Welby, M.D.
