Last night, ME-TV showed the episode"Pardon My Glove, where Ralph thought Alice was seeing another man when he saw a white glove that belonged to Andre, the interior decorator. In that episode, he also hid on the fire escape spy on Alice, just like the lost episode This is Your Life. But unlike This is Your Life, he didn't hit andre like he did the Mr. Wilson who secretly met with Alice.
Was this a remake?

Pretty much. A number of things originally done in the Lost Episodes were reused in the Classic 39, this being a notable example.
