I generally hate these shows because it gives these men in real life the delusion they too can have a hot thin wife.

Who says they can't? I've seen it. I knew a stunningly beautiful girl who told me in high school see was only into "Kevin Smith types" (her words) and guess what type of guy she is married to now?

I didn't say it happens I said it's not as likely as these people would have one believe.

Btw I don't think Rob Ford's wife looks all that hot and she's probably as crazy as him.

Anthony Clark was very skinny, and Mike O Malley wasn't as big as the woman who played his wife. Unless the guy who plays Mike on Mike & Molly got married to a thin, hot wife in the last season Yes, Dear doesn't count.

That is true. Yes Dear didn't have a thin wife/fat guy marriage. The one couple were both thin and the other were both chubby.
