just curious for anyone who might have the knowledge - are the Me-TV episodes the syndication cut episodes or are they sped-up uncuts? Or both? Or neither?

I'm not sure. They aren't airing them in order, so maybe different episodes have different cuts.

That's right some are syndicated some are full length, some are sped up some are not. They are all over the place, but most seem to be longer than the syndicated cuts running over 23 minutes.
