Did TV Land lose the rights to HD already?
I just went on TV Land's web site and I saw that they don't have a section for Happy Days in their TV show's section. Do they not have the rights to Happy Days anymore? I'll be disappointed if they don't.

Yes, I have just learned they did lose rights. Hopefully they will get it back again soon.
