The actor is the first new cast member to join AMC’s "Breaking Bad" prequel spin-off "Better Call Saul", our sister site Deadline reports. McKean will play Dr. Thurber, a sharp lawyer who’s limited by an unusual affliction. He joins Bob Odenkirk and Jonathan Banks, who already have signed on to reprise their "Bad" roles.
