Movie "I Spit on Your Grave 3: Vengeance is Mine" Trailer Released

More Rape/Revenge In I Spit on Your Grave 3 (Exclusive)
by MrDisgusting
April 17, 2014

We broke the news on the first sequel to the remake, and now have received exclusive word out of Cannes that I Spit on Your Grave 3 is being pre-sold at the market.

At the time of this writing, CineTel Films has yet to hire a writer or director, but have committed to a third round of rape-revenge.

The third film, our sources tell us, will focus on a serial killer that uses a crisis hotline to target rapists. One of the counselor’s has a dark past, which sends detectives sniffing in her direction — but is she the killer they’re looking for?

I met Sarah Butler (star of the 2010 remake) at the Chiller convention in NJ today.

I mentioned that I heard that Part 3 was recently announced and she seemed shocked that I brought it up. She asked me "Has that been announced already?" and I told her that I saw it online "a few days ago."

She then told me that she was asked to appear in it, but did not agree to anything yet. She asked me if she should appear in it, and I said "Definitely."

From Sarah Butler's Instagram:

I don't know if y'all have heard yet... but I'm very excited to tell you here now, that this is a still from #ISpitOnYourGrave3 #VengeanceIsMine, which we wrapped in February.

In a continuation of the story line from the 2010 film, Jennifer returns working for a Crisis Hotline, where a serial killer is using the hotline to target rapists.

Jennifer's dark past sends detectives in her direction, but is she the killer they are looking for?

Guess she listened to you. Maybe you'll get a special thank you during the end credits haha
Who would've thought there'd be an I Spit On Your Grave franchise.

LOL, yeah right.

The 2nd one was awful. Looked like they just rushed to put something together.

I agree, the second one was horrific. Though, Butler was one of the reasons why the first one was so good, so maybe this will be worth a watch.

I haven't seen the sequel to the remake, but I can't believe it would be worse than the sequel to the original: Savage Vengeance. Yeesh, that movie was beyond bad.

I'll take a hand-written thank you note.

She listed her mailing address on her official Twitter account shortly after her Chiller appearance, and I recently got something back from her from four years ago.
