Any Mork and Mindy fic out there? I started one a really long time ago, but I think making stories for sitcoms is way complicated. Whew!
I wouldn't mind finding some if anybody knows where they are. |

I've been looking for some too. I always go to fanfiction.net and usually find whatever I'm looking for. No M&M fanfic yet though. Maybe I'll try and write one someday...
If you find somewhere that has it, do let me know. |

I have yet to see any, either.
I'm still a little surprised ff.net has yet to have any. |

The problem with any written M&M is it lacks Robin Williams - he brought so much to the role that even a transcript doesn't convey his style of delivery and body language which made Mork's character wholly unique and almost purely TV!
That said, I've been writing a feature on the British M&M stip which ran in 'Look-in' and lashed out on the two annuals from publishers Stafford Pemberton for comparison. The first is fairly lame but the second has two full-colour strips in which the writer has managed to capture a fair representation of Mork/Robin Williams from obviously watching the show. The art is pretty good too! Has anyone read the two novelisations by Ralph Church and Robin S Wagner? Church's literary interpretation of Mork is interesting, and one has to wonder how much is him, and how much was from (if it existed) a writers guide? |
