Default unanswered Q's about Tom Johnson

I wish UM would have given more clues about TJ murder case or had a tiny update with a bit of hope. Maybe they left it out on purpose because detectives sometimes refuse to give away all the information to help with the case later on (i.e. Matt Flores).

1. Do you think TJ stole a vehicle to throw detectives off? I doubt it because it would have been more work for him to first find a car to steal and then setting up Jeremy/Heather.

2. Why would he been seen twice in public with Jeremy? Maybe this is not so surprising after all because other killers like Gary Simmon's killer who was seen picking up Gary's own check at his business office. Then again these killer's could get plastic surgery or move across the world.

3. After Heather screamed wouldn't TJ have been afraid of the front desk or neighbors calling the police only to have them drive to the motel while he was pulling out and arresting him?

- it was odd that TJ did not remove the plastic wrapper on the hammer as well as the bar code sticker. Maybe he simply didn't think about it as a new killer.?

1. He could of stolen a vehicle just for that reason, to keep his trail a little colder, while he got away.

2. He was seen in public with Jeremy before because he wanted Jeremy to feel comfortable and not suspicious of him when TJ tells him to meet at a hotel the next time. It was also a way to scope out Jeremy first, to make sure he isn't some FBI agent or something.

3. I'm sure when he began beating Heather he felt as if he had nothing to lose and beat her until she stopped screaming, i'm assuming it was his first killing/robbery and he may have panicked.

About the Bar code sticker, yes it may be he was not worried as it may have been his first time, i also believe his gun was never loaded to begin with or else he would of shot both of them when Heather began to scream.

I always found TJ's tiny gun funny and weird. I hardly ever see a tiny gun in a movie or true murder case tv show. seems different and boyish lol.
