What a rogues gallery of FAIL. I just typed up a long list of reactions that I managed to lose screwing around with the post formatting...but it's just as well since it mainly boiled down to no to about 90%.

I saw one of the two episodes of Roxie. I enjoy Andrea Martin in just about anything but Roxie was kind of like SCTV with all the satire boiled out, leaving only the juvenile silliness. Also saw Nothing Is Easy at least once: the kids were appealing but the show itself wasn't.

I've heard of about half of those, but the only ones that I can say for sure that I've seen episodes of are Uncle Buck and Baby Talk. Both based on movies oddly enough.

I remember "Thunder Alley" and "Delta". I wish these shows would come to DVD.

Heard of about half, don't believe I watched a single episode of any. This period was, for me, the beginning of the end of the sitcom.

Unfortunately I think it never recovered.

Never seen any of them, which is why they were cancelled.

Cop Rock was panned before it go on the air. Police musical? Nope.

I remember watching Free Spirit. It was a Bewitched rip-off. I mainly watched it because of Corinne Bohrer who I had crush on since seeing her on E/R. Alyson Hannigan played one of the kids.

I also remember watching and enjoying Thunder Alley.

I agree...or at least have these flop shows on Netflix or Hulu.

I just finished watching That '80's Show, on Hulu. It lasted a half season. I think it flopped because it was too much a clone of That '70's Show.

Wasn't it kinda supposed to be a clone of That '70s Show?

I LOVE Going Places! I don't think it was a flop- unfortunately, it just didn't last too long. I'd love to see this series again though.
And I remember Cop Rock too- that show wasn't all that bad. It was different- I'd be interested in seeing it again too.

Thunder Alley also sounds familiar- and I know I've heard of Uncle Buck and Baby Talk. (I believe both are based on, respectively, the movies "Uncle Buck" and "Look Who's Talking".)
I've seen the Uncle Buck movie and I like that pretty well- I'd be interested in seeing the Uncle Buck TV series sometime. I'd probably enjoy checking out Baby Talk as well for that matter.
