I haven and heard time and again about the mishap that Juia had n the runway but I must have missed something. Just EXCACTLEY what happened I just understand what really happened

Julia got her dress tucked up in her pantyhose. So in other words, you could see the outline of her underwear (Not that the camera showed it, but if they did that's what you'd see!) So in a way, she mooned everyone. At least that's always been my understanding of what happened.

Actually, she did moon everyone...she was told not to wear underwear cuz it would leave lines under the dress.
