This is Justin Waller. I was wondering why Dawnn Lewis left the show A Different World in the sixth season,the final season?

Now this is stricly speculation...

I remember reading that she left Different World over "creative differences," probably becasue her character wasn't getting as much attention as Dwayne and Whitley, who clearly became the stars of the show.

Funny, a few years later she also left Hanging With Mr. Cooper over "creative differences."
Hmmm. Sounds like someone might be difficult to work with.

see, hangin with mr cooper started the next year and the creator wanted her and offered her double the money than she was getting on ADW so she took it.

You would have thought that Dawnn would have been on the sixth season of the show. A good friend of mine actually dated her 1 year proir to "ADW" starting on TV.
