CBS's "The Young and the Restless" is gearing up for a big spring fashion show — airing April 11-16 — that will boast a guest appearance by Jill Larson (AMC's Opal), and a crossover by "The Bold and the Beautiful's" Jacob Young (Rick) and Linsey Godfrey (Caroline).

A Y&R rep tells TV Guide Magazine that Lily (Christel Khalil) will offer up the Genoa City Athletic Club for the unveiling of a new fashion line by Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) called Chelsea Lawson for Jabot.

The event, highlighted by catfights and other crazy hijinks, will feature fan fave Larson in the role of the harried stage manager, who will face quite a challenge when she must keep Chelsea, Lily, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson) and Hilary (Mishael Morgan) in line behind the scenes.

Fashion mogul Rick and his wife, Caroline, will fly in from L.A. to attend the high-profile show, giving CBS an opportunity for a fun twist:

Caroline will have a couple of run-ins with Noah Newman, played by Godfrey's real-life beau, Robert Adamson! The two stars are currently expecting a child together.

That's not the only bit of Big Eye synergy in the works. Y&R fans will soon learn that Hilary has always wanted to appear on the CBS game show "The Price is Right" and it seems she'll finally get her wish.

Look for her and Neil (Kristoff St. John) to "Come on Down!" during the soap's March 26 episode.

I've always loved Jill Larson. She brought Opal to life on AMC. I wish she'd come to DAYS!
