Default Is this Antenna TV's way of saying Maude is soon to be gone?

Look at the new schedule starting April 7th and Maude will be only seen on the weekends, sat and sun.

That's always a sign of future removal

Solomon, they've moved the show from weekdays to weekends before and then placed it back to weeknights again. There is a good chance that it'll be back on the weeknight rotation again IMO.

No. It just means that it is rotating most likely. Considering that Antenna TV is three years old and "Maude" has been around (even on weekends) since the network has been around is great. Three's Company and Too Close have been in and out of rotation and now they are back in rotation very soon. Maude could be back again on weeknights. I thought the same thing you did when the show was on weekends but Antenna totally surprised me and put back on the weeknight lineup.

Not sure why Solomon keeps worrying. They don't care much about ratings. There is no pressure. The main thing is the number of times they can play an episode.

Agreed. Besides, we've had it on the channel for a good while and its been treated fairly well.

Every season in the last three years Antenna TV has swapped Maude from weekday to weekend...I remember the first time they moved it to the weekend I was worried that it was just a way of phasing it out, then the next season they moved it back to the weekday, then they moved it back to the weekend, etc etc etc. At this point for them to have kept it so long it must be a pretty solid performer, so their moving it is more a reflection of filling gaps in their schedule vs a reflection on Maude imo.

They need to do that to All in the Family
