Just when you thought a certain "Mistresses" character’s love life couldn’t get any more complicated, temptation comes and literally knocks on her door.

"General Hospital" grad Jason Gerhardt is joining the ABC sudser in Season 2 as a potential romantic interest for Alyssa Milano’s Savi, TVLine has learned exclusively. (Oh, yeah, spoiler alert: The love triangle-addled leading lady obviously survives her cliffhanger coma.)

Gerhardt’s Stanley Kowalski-esque recurring character, Zack, is a lost soul who shows up at Savi’s home in Season 2′s third episode. He turns out to be someone with whom she has a very unique connection — a connection that threatens her relationship with [spoiler].

"Mistresses‘" second season launches this summer.
