Jan 27, 2014 by Robyn Ross A new Doctor means a brand new look. When "Doctor Who" returns later this year, Peter Capaldi will replace Matt Smith as the 12th incarnation of the Doctor. Each Doctor has his own a signature style, and for Capaldi, it includes a dark blue Crombie coat with red lining, dark blue trousers, a white shirt and black Doc Marten shoes. "He's woven the future from the cloth of the past," Capaldi said in a statement. "Simple, stark, and back to basics. No frills, no scarf, no messing, just 100 percent Rebel Time Lord." Added executive producer Steven Moffat, "New Doctor, new era, and of course new clothes.
