The constant Rory-Audrey comparison still annoys me...

especially because she's constantly referred to as "just a waif with eyes". Obviously, I'll give Alexis Bledel that last bit, but Rory Gilmore has an ass, hips and thighs. I'm neither stating she has curves like Sophia Loren nor accusing her of being anywhere near fat, but a waif she is certainly not. I guess the writers deemed it appropriate due to Hepburn's image being regarded as one of the ultimate compliments/symbols of femininity.

I.E. The writers on "Dawson's Creek" did the same thing with Joey, and the media has consistently touted Natalie Portman as such for the past decade+. Although I will concede that Portman often resembled Hepburn in her tween-teenage years -- Lifetime's "Intimate Portrait" special on A.H. (available on YT) includes a few photos that demonstrate an eerie resemblance -- the rest is pure public relations fodder.
