"Roseanne" is without a doubt the best sitcom of the 1990s, and I think it is the last great sitcom. There hasn't been one that good since "Roseanne". Agree?

Roseanne was probably the best sitcom in the 90's for about 5 or 6 seasons.

The last season was a complete train wreck, but the show was otherwise excellent, and one of the best sitcoms of all time.
There have been good sitcoms since then, in my opinion. Friends, The Big Bang Theory, Grace Under Fire, Seinfeld. Not many, but several. |

The 90s was really the last great era for sitcoms (Seinfeld, Roseanne, Fraiser, Friends and so on). The sitcoms today are okay - but nowhere near as good as a couple decades ago.
