Jan 13, 2014 by Natalie Abrams Stephen will soon have some competition at Ultra! Alexa Vega will make her "Tomorrow People" debut in the Jan. 22 episode and TVGuide.com has the exclusive first look. The Spy Kids star will play Hillary Cole, a new recruit who goes head-to-head with Stephen (Robbie Amell) to see who will make it to the next stage of agent training. Unfortunately, the loser gets stripped of their powers, and Hillary, who's basically the paranormal version of Tracy Flick from Election, will stop at nothing to win.
