Jan 10, 2014 by Kate Stanhope "Justified's" newest villain is headed to Natesville. Michael Rapaport, who is currently recurring on the FX drama, is set to guest-star in an episode of "Raising Hope", TVGuide.com has learned exclusively. Rapaport will play Michael, who enters the scene when Burt (Garret Dillahunt) and Virginia (Martha Plimpton) are looking to adopt a puppy.
