Cool Name TV Shows that had poor editing

I noticed that lots of TV Show's over the last generations had poor editing at the wrong time even some of the most popular sitcoms of all time had its episodes where the viewers can notice the poor edits in certain scenes of the sitcom or show, came you name a few show's that had poor editing ???

I've watched so many shows that it's hard to say, but if you're referring to bad editing once a network show begins it's syndication run then I can name several such as Three's Company and Diff'rent Strokes with poorly edited scenes especially noticeable if the audience laugh track cuts off on certain punchlines.

Not sure I fully understand the question. However I'd say most modern drama shows have very poor editing with things like shaky cam where they jerk the camera all over the place and all the rediculous of ways they film/edit them.Granted I hardly watch any of the more modern fare, but that's my take on it.

Poor commerical breaks, and poor in-episode ad placements are what I observe.
Example, cutting to commercial on a critical moment of a show, then having a loud, annoying commercial bring the momentum down.

Or having obtrusive on-screen ads pop up during emotional moments. I know the producers don't have control over it, but it's the reason why I'll wait for a show on DVD or Blu ray.

I can't stand that. Networks are doing it more and more to save ad time though.

And it's painfully obvious that a commercial break wasn't meant to be there.

God I hate those especially the placement of the station ID logo which has been an unnecessary practice for years, I already know what channel I'm watching why do I need a reminder of the logo on the bottom corner?

So, the people who upload episodes to Youtube, can be shamed?

Now the reason for that is due to FCC regulations. Otherwise, stations will have to pay a hefty fine.

That's also why at the top of every hour, you'll hear/see the station's name and what city it's licensed to.
