Bio has yanked American Justice, Cold Case Files and City Confidential, in order to bring you Sell This House! and Find & Design.

What a farce.

Well, there goes about 50% of any television I actually watch, and 100% of any reason I had to watch Bio.

Noticed this too. Half of me feels "oh well" because they ended up airing the same episodes all the time, but then again there's a ton of American Justice that they never aired. I got the C&I Network a couple of months ago and was thrilled initially but now they're showing the same episodes every week.

It was bad enough when their parent network A & E did the same thing. I do enjoy watching some of the Biography episodes, and they occasionally had some specials that were interesting too. (as well as the Haunting of Rowdy Roddy Piper). They are rebranding it to "FYI" network in the summer and have already started going downhill. That American Justice (a handful of eps) and Cold Case Files have turned up on LMN recently gives me hope.

yeah. It seemed as if they were gradually showing different episodes of Cold Case Files and City Confidential. With the latter, they had pulled out Fairbanks and Amarillo in recent months.

When I'm home from work due to illness or bad weather, like I am today, I would watch those shows. Glad to see LMN picking up more of the crime stuff. Is there really that much a demand for home improvement/real estate shows?

And what is up with this marathon of Jeff Dunham: Birth of a Dummy every Sunday night? Back in the day they had I Survived on which was one of my favorites... wish they'd bring it back.

All I can do is *sigh* when I look at the TV listings for this channel these days. If they want to combine TLC, the Food Network and HGTV into one "new" network (that's a premium channel BTW), that's fine, but I really wish they'd revamp the Crime and Investigation Network. They could show American Justice from the beginning and a few missing Cold Case Files episodes I haven't seen, and all of Investigative Reports and the 15 or so Forensic Files episodes I don't have, and.... well maybe they should just call me and ask!

pretty much the only trace of the old Bio channel in existence is 1 or 2 Biography episodes a day, and even those are just the same ones over and over (Fallen Centerfolds!) Which is a shame because there are hundreds of episodes (probably a thousand or more) in existence, and a lot of them are intriguing or relate to true crime.
