Watched this show when I was young, been years, some questions

Been an eternity since I've seen this. I remember vaguely the main kid with the curly hair. Eric or something? And then there's his friend that to me looks like a Snickers man. His name is Sean I think. And Mr. Feeny! Can't forget him, I can just sense the Lipton chicken noodle soup in his thermos, that 'stache of his tastes like chicken broth just lookin' at it! But I digress...

I've since blossomed into a beautiful business man, and have no time to catch up with my childhood and figure out just what this show was all about again, and see how it concluded. This is when you guys, you SitOnItes as I'll call you, come in. I have a few Q's that I'd totes be hankerin' for a response. Here's the ones that come off the top of my head:

-Did the boy ever meet world? I know he walks on it and is generally considered to techincally have met it since he lives on it, but since the show continued to be called "Boy Meets World" and not "Boy Met World," I assume the title implied this was an ongoing process throughout the show's run. Surely he met it in the final episode, right?

Actually, that's it. Just that one. Oh yeah and there's that oe episode of Home Improvement where Mark laughs evil like. But why? Why laugh like that? WHY!!??
