I've never liked this season as much as Seasons 5 or 3 (the Darrin-less episodes here are mostly terrible and forgettable; while S5's are some of the best of the series despite his absence), but love Double Double, Hippie, Hippie Hooray, Allergic/Dodo Birds, Snob in the Grass, Business Italian Style.
The music cues this season were changed and featured lots of sitars and weird '60s sound effects for the pop-ins, popouts. Even the twitch was different in many instances. I never liked them and thankfully in S5 the familiar ones returned. In fact, S5 IMO contains the best scores/music cues/sound effects of the whole series. Looking forward to what you write about S5, my favorite of the whole series. |

"Hippie, Hippie, Hooray!" was by far my favorite of the 1967-68 season. However, I liked "How Green Was My Grass," despite the fact they changed the address to "192" from "1164" Morning Glory Circle to accommodate the plot line.

Never understood why they just didn't flip the '6' in 1164 to a '9' instead of changing the Stephens' address for this episode.
