Hey guys, with only 2 weeks until NFL Playoffs, I just figured out this scenario on the NFC Playoff Pictures concerning the possibility of the New Orleans Saints being eliminated from the Playoffs
Here's the catch: Week #16: If the Carolina Panthers def. the Saints in Carolina, the Arizona Cardinals go to Seattle and def. the Seahawks and the Atlanta Falcons go to San Francisco and def. the 49ers, then that means that the Carolina Panthers will get the #2 Seed, the Seahawks will still have the #1 seed and the 49ers, Cardinals and the Saints will be 10-5 and all 3 of them will be fighting for Playoff Spots Week #17: If the Saints lose at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, then regardless of the outcome of the Panthers/Falcons Game whether it be Win, Lose or Draw, the Panthers will clinch the NFC South and if the 49ers and Cardinals play 75 minutes of the game which includes 1 OT and end up in a tie, then both the 49ers and Cardinals will have a Draw and will end up with a record of 10-5-1 and the Saints will end up with 10-6 and at the end of the outcome, the Seahawks and Panthers will both clinch their Divisions and Bye Weeks, the 49ers and Cardinals will both clinch NFC Wild Cards and the Saints will be eliminated from the NFC Playoff Picture as crazy it may sounds, that's the scenario right there What do ya make of THAT? |
