Default Your thoughts on the hosts of Pyramid on a scale from 1-10

Hey guys,

This year marks 40 years of one of the most popular Celebrity Word Game Shows of all time:

Pyramid

and so, in honor of 40 years of Pyramid, I would like to know your thoughts on the hosts of Pyramid from the past 40 years and you can even rank them on a scale from 1-10

and here they are:

The Late Dick Clark (The World's Oldest Living Teenager)
The Late Bill Cullen (The Dean of Game Shows)
John Davidson (Hollywood Squares, That's Incredible and Time Machine)
Mike Richards (Beauty and the Greek)
Donny Osmond (He's a Little Bit Rock 'N' Roll)

Please share your thoughts on all of them

At the top of the spectrum for Pyramid hosts are Dick Clark and Bill Cullen. This was the show that established Clark as one of the best game show hosts of all time. He was always on the contestant's side, even coming up with clues they could have used if they didn't win The Winner's Circle.

As for Bill Cullen, he is definitely the best game show host of all-time and Pyramid showed why. He treated the contestants well and brought humor to the show.

John Davidson was OK as a host but did the best he could following in the footsteps of Clark and Cullen. I liked Donny Osmond as host. He had energy, enthusiasm and empathy, three qualities a good game show host has to have. Someday, he'll be offered another game show to host.

As for Mike Richards, I haven't seen a lot of episodes but over time I think he'll grown into the show and do a fine job.

Does Dick Clark really need an introduction? I have to admit that Mike Richards is a name I'm not familiar with but anyone that's watched TV over the last 40 years knows who Mr. Clark and the other hosts are without the added hints.

Mike Richards worked for Mr. Clark @ Dick Clark Productions and he is best known as the second host of Beauty and the Geek and has produced numerous game shows including Weakest Link. Richards is currently the executive producer of The Price Is Right and Let's Make a Deal and was a candidate to host Price before Drew Carey was chosen

also, it's for new viewers that are not familiar with the others hosting
