I've been trying to find out the answer to this for some time now, but either nobody knows or they won't tell! One guy at TV Tome suggested that it might be Hallie Todd, who plays Lizzie's mom Jo! That's interesting, but I don't think it's correct. Can anyone help me out here?

They are not sure. They say it sounds like Jo Mcguire. I personally think that it sounds like her, too.

Here's the answer to the same question from TV Tome:
Who sings the theme song? This has to be the best-kept secret since D-Day! We've NEVER been able to find this out! Some people have suggested that the singer sounds like Hallie Todd, who plays Jo McGuire on the show. Interesting. (Personally,we don't hink so, though.) The Lizzie McGuire soundtrack CD has "E. Lurie" credited, but we think that means that Elliot Lurie, the show's music supervisor, wrote the song. Does that answer your question? |
